Had a pleasant stay at Conrad Singapore Orchard. The location was great, just a short walk to Orchard Road for shopping. The rooms werenice and neat, with cozy beds. The hotel offered a surprise 2-night staycation, a wonderful gesture. The service standards were high, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The F&B facilities were good, with a nice gym and comfortable beds.

Laundry department provides excellent cleaning and mending service. Impeccable Chinese staff cleaning the rooms. Spacious rooms, beautiful club lounge with magazines. Large choice of foods for breakfast. Welcoming atmosphere. Fabulous housekeeping and restaurant staff who remember preferences. Gluten-free options available. Quiet rooms. I had a wonderful stay! The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was spacious and pleasant, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, including the gym and lovely common areas. I also enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to the botanic gardens and easy access to transportation.
